Politics of Quality

Rodavigo considers the quality of service provision as an essential factor for the success of its businesses. It declares its commitment to supply products that meet the quality requirements agreed upon with its customers, the applicable standards and regulations, as well as other quality levels oriented towards the satisfaction of the interested parties or established by the company itself.

To guarantee this quality, Rodavigo classifies and evaluates the suppliers it works with according to their level of efficiency. Internally, it also establishes protocols and constant improvements in terms of energy efficiency or fuel consumption, such as gasoline.

This commitment leads Rodavigo to a comprehensive concept of quality, whose fundamental principle is that quality is achieved progressively, through the contributions of each and every one of the activities that make up the company's processes, both commercial and management.

As an expression of this commitment, the Rodavigo Management promotes and develops a quality management system that meets the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 Standard. In the same way, it declares it mandatory in all areas of the company related to the quality of the product and the service provided.

To comply with this quality policy, Rodavigo sets as a general objective that the technical, administrative and human factors of the company's organization that affect the quality of its services and products are properly controlled.

In order to ensure our customers’ highest satisfaction and to continuously improve the customers’ services, we have a management and procedures program audited every year since 1997 by the AENOR quality certification entity, in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001 standard.

The Quality Manager is in charge of promoting the development and implementation of this policy, as well as ensuring its compliance, dissemination and periodic review, ensuring that it is made available to the parties interested in the organization's performance.

Environmental Policy

Our company is also sensitive to the environment. For this reason, improvement and efficiency in logistics and transport processes, recycling and reuse of materials or the responsible use of energy are some of the required fields of action, applying procedures accredited by the AENOR certifying entity, in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.

In Rodavigo we are committed to fulfil the UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental regulation which is a set of principles and actions focussed on our work procedure with our customers, suppliers and society in general in terms of sustainability and respect for the environment.

Continuous improvement of the environmental management system, aimed at reducing the environmental impact of our operations. For example, the energy performance indicator shows that this year we have reduced energy consumption by 10% compared to the previous year.
The prevention and control of pollution through the use of processes, practices, materials or products that avoid, reduce or control it.
Compliance with all current legislation and regulations, as well as other environmental requirements that are applicable to the organization.
The implementation of this policy through communication to all company personnel.
The establishment and review of environmental objectives and goals, through the annual review process by the organization's senior management.
The environmental management system is open to the active participation of interested parties and to include suggestions for improvement proposed by our employees, in order to encourage continuous improvement.
