The Importance of Training New Talent in the Industry

For these reasons, as we did in 2018, we have given a new training in Commercial Management of Sales in the Industrial Sector, custom designed by us. The SEPE approval code is COMT49CCC. This course is framed within the new Comprehensive Employment Program (PIE) that the Association of Entrepreneurs of Mos (Aemos) has launched. Thanks to this training, which has lasted just over a month, 9 new talents are now part of our team.

What has been Rodavigo’s objective with the Course?

The goal that we tried to reach with this course is the planning and carrying out of the operations of sale of products of the industrial sector. They were aimed at clients from all over the world. Different sales channels were also studied, such as the website, email, telephone or social networks. All this structured to achieve the objectives established in the Company’s Business Plan.

The course was divided into two large modules:

  • Organization of the commercial department in companies in the industrial sector. It is about contextualizing the commercial strategy of a company in the industrial sector within the organization chart and its general objectives.
  • Sales process of industrial sector products. It is intended to publicize the process of selling the company’s product catalog through the different marketing channels, at an international level, in order to achieve the objectives established in the Commercial Plan of companies in the industrial sector.

What does the Comprehensive Employment Program consist of?

It is a project, organized by Aemos and co-financed by the Department of Employment and Equality of the Xunta de Galicia and the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy, which aims to promote job placement and promote both professional development and business growth .
