Product Availability

In accordance with the relevant regulations, orders will be filled strictly in the order they were received.

The sale and delivery of the goods offered depends on the product stock and availability, while supplies last.

If exceptional circumstances occur in which there are overlapping multiple orders or other circumstances that cause stock of the product to run out, the order and the contract between parties will be null and void, as per this cancellation clause. This cancellation will be communicated via email and the client will be given a full refund. There will be no compensation paid to or by either party for breach of contract, damages, or lost profits.

Prices

The prices on the website are in Euros. These prices do not include VAT tax or shipping costs, which will be added to the total price.

For deliveries made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the applicable taxes and duties (according to current regulations) will be applied for each of these territories.

Product prices can be changed at any time, but (other than as set out above) any possible changes will not affect orders for which Rodavigo has already sent an order confirmation to the client.

Invoices

The client gives their express consent to the invoice being issued in electronic format. If the client wishes to receive a paper invoice, they can request this at any time by getting in contact with our Administration Department, at administracion@rodavigo.com, via our contact form, or at +34 986 288 118.

Warranties, Returns, and Cancellations Policy

If an order is cancelled, the refund will be done via the same payment method that was used to place the order.

Any order can be cancelled by getting in touch with our customer service call center at +34 986 288 118, at no cost and without having to provide a reason, as long as the order has not been sent yet. If our customer service representatives can cancel it, they will send an email and the cancellation will be free.

You will have the right to return products sent to you if they are defective or if they are not the correct items, at the time you receive them. The purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to you.

As regards returning items, there are three ways to go about the return process: using transportation arranged by Rodavigo, using transportation arranged by the client, or in person at our facilities. In any case, we recommend you contact our Administration Department at +34 986 288 118 to receive more information and agree on a shipping method.

As far as the warranties policy, Rodavigo will manage and enforce the warranty rights in accordance with the conditions offered by the manufacturer, within the framework of the applicable laws.

The products should have all the original parts and have as much of their original packaging intact as possible. It should also be accompanied by the original documentation. If it is not possible to return the product in its original packaging, a reduction in the amount returned for the product may be incurred.

Exchanges or returns of the products will not be allowed after 15 days have passed from the time the client receives the merchandise.

Upon reception of the goods, the client should check they have not suffered damages during transportation.
