How can I search for an item?
You can find products on our website using the general search tool or by using the guided search by category.
How does the general search tool work?
The search tool allows you to find items using the manufacturer’s item code, keywords or description, or the Rodavigo code.
How does the guided search by category work?
The guided search by categories allows you to find items based on product groups, such as product families or the brand they belong to.
What difference is there between searching by product type and by brand?
The search by product type is useful when you have an idea of the product you want to find, since it shows you possible options one by one. The search by brand is useful when you only want to see products of that specific brand.
I can’t find a specific item, how do I search for it?
You can send us a contact form with the information you have available about the item so that our sales department can identify it and send you an offer for the product(s) requested. You can also contact us at web@rodavigo.com or at +34 986 288 118.
How can I request more information about an item?
To request more information about an item (price, discount, delivery times, etc.), you can send a contact form from the item’s page itself. Once we receive the form, we will send you an answer via email as soon as possible. You can also request information via telephone (+34 986 288 118) or email (web@rodavigo.com).
If you want to request information about several different items, you can add them to the shopping cart and do the same thing directly from there, it’s not necessary to do this individually for each item.
Registration Request
What are the advantages to being registered?
Besides being able to quickly request quotations and place orders, you will have personalized discounts and a private client area where you can access your past purchases, quotation requests, delivery notes, orders, and invoices.
How do I register on the website?
There is a specific registration form to do so on the top right of the page. You will also be automatically registered if you send us any kind of contact request for the first time. You will receive an email with a personalized username and password.
What should I do if I requested a quotation and I’ve only received login information?
If you receive your login information (username, password) before the quotation you requested, you do not need to repeat the quotation request process while being logged in with this information. The request was already registered, and the quotation will be sent to you as soon as possible.
I’m already registered. How do I log in as a client?
On the top right part of the page, you will have the B2B access menu next to the one for registration. You just need to enter the email you are registered with and your password to be able to log in.
I’m already registered, but I forgot the password. How do I recover it?
From the B2B access menu tab on the top right part, there is a link that says “I do not remember my password”. When you click on this, a tab will open where you will need to enter your email so that a recovery password can be sent to your email address.
Request for Quotation
What is a request for quotation?
A request for quotation is an enquiry regarding the price, discount, and delivery times for one or more items. Our sales department will send you a quotation via email as soon as possible.
Can I request a quotation if I’m not registered on the website?
Yes, you can. You will just need to fill out a short form with your information so that the sales department can correctly send you the quotation via email.
Is it faster to request a quotation if I’m already registered?
Yes, it is, because you don’t have to fill in your information again to request the quotation.
How do I request a quotation?
When you have the product’s page open, you need to select the number of units you would like and add them to your cart. A window will automatically open, in which you will have the opportunity to add more items or request the quotation.
I approve of the quotation, how do I place the order?
If you agree with the quotation you receive via email, you can respond to the same email address that sent it to you to confirm the purchase. The administration department will get in touch with you as soon as possible to process the purchase.
Order Request
What is an order request?
This is a purchase request for one or more items. Our sales department will ask you to confirm the order via email as soon as possible, so as to process it.
If an item is missing the price, discount, or delivery time, our sales department will send you a quotation with the total price, the applicable discount, and the delivery time, so that you can confirm it and the order can be processed.
Can I place an order if I’m not registered on the web site?
Yes, you can. The only thing is that, before confirming the order, our administration department will ask you for the billing information and shipping address to finish placing the order.

Are orders processed faster if I’m already a client?
Yes, they are, because you don't need to provide the billing information and shipping address again, unless you inform us of a change to these when we receive the order confirmation request.

How can I place an order?

When will my order be processed?
In accordance with the relevant regulations, orders will be filled strictly in the order they were received.
What kind of guarantees do you offer regarding product shipping times?
The sale and delivery of the goods offered depends on the product stock and availability, while supplies last.
What happens if I place an order and you run out of stock for the product?
If exceptional circumstances occur in which there are overlapping multiple orders or other circumstances that cause stock of the product to run out, the order and the contract between parties will be null and void, as per this cancellation clause. This cancellation will be communicated via email and the client will be given a full refund. There will be no compensation paid to or by either party for breach of contract, damages, or lost profits.
When can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet, by calling +34 986 288 118 or writing us at web@rodavigo.com, free of charge and without having to give any reason. If our customer service representatives can cancel it, they will send an email and the cancellation will be free.
Billing and Payments
Can I make the purchase directly from the website?
We do not have an online payment gateway available, but you can process orders and requests for quotations via the website.
How can I pay for a purchase?
If it is the first time you are placing an order, our administration department will get in contact with you to request the billing information, shipping address, and payment method. Generally speaking, payments are made via bank transfer, but it is possible to arrange for other payment methods, depending on the amount and how often orders will be placed.
Why does an article I want to buy not have a price?
Due to the large volume of items (more than 1,700,000) and brands (more than 1,500) that we work with, some of them might not have their price updated in real time, and we can only provide this price upon request.
When will I receive my purchase invoice?
Generally speaking, you will get it via email, due to our environmental management policy, but you can request an invoice to be physically sent to you. They are usually sent on the 15th and 30th of every month, but you can also ask for the invoice to be sent when the merchandise is being shipped.

Are there discounts for buying large volumes?
Depending on the amount and the product type, it is possible to obtain larger discounts on some of them.
What currency are prices shown in?
The prices on the entire website are shown in Euros.
Are VAT tax and shipping costs included in the item prices?
No. Both VAT tax and shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the quotation sent by our sales department, since both can vary depending on the fiscal address and shipping address.
How are VAT tax and shipping costs applied for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla?
The applicable taxes and duties (according to current regulations) will be applied for each of these territories.
Can product prices change once the order is placed?
Product prices can change at any time, unless Rodavigo has already sent the order confirmation. In this case, the price change will never affect confirmed orders.
What do I need to do to request a paper invoice?
You can request it at any time by getting in touch with our administration department, via the contact form, at administracion@rodavigo.com or at +34 986 288 118.
Shipping and Transportation
What does it mean if an item has a specific time period for its shipment?
That the item(s) can leave our warehouse in approximately the time period indicated (for example: 24 hours, 48 hours, etc.).
What does it mean if an item is in transit?
That we need to check availability with the manufacturer before being able to tell you the shipping time for a quotation.
Why is an item in transit?
Due to the large volume of items (more than 1,700,000) and brands (more than 1,500) that we work with, some of them might not have their stock updated in real time, and we can only provide this information upon request.
Is shipping time the same as delivery time?
No. The shipping time indicates when the item(s) can leave our facility. The delivery time will depend on where the item(s) is/are being sent, since it can vary, regardless of whether or not the destination is within Spain.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We sell and distribute industrial supplies across the globe, to any country, on any continent.
What are the shipping costs?
For orders up to 25 kg they are:
Free shipping for orders over €200.
Free shipping for orders over €700.
Free shipping for orders over €500.
Free shipping for orders over €1,000.
Claims and Returns
How can I make a claim or a suggestion?
On our contact forms, you can select the department you want to send them to. You can also check what email addresses are available to write to, in our contact section. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
Can I return a product?
You will have the right to return products sent to you if they are defective or if they are not the correct items, at the time you receive them. The purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to you.
How are refunds processed for a cancelled order?
The refund will be done via the same payment method that was used to place the order.
What is the procedure for returning products?
There are three ways to go about the return process: using transportation arranged by Rodavigo, using transportation arranged by the client, or in person at our facilities. In any case, we recommend you contact our Administration Department, via our contact form, at administracion@rodavigo.com or at +34 986 288 118 to receive more information and agree on a shipping method.
How long do I have to make the return?
Exchanges or returns of the products will not be allowed after 15 days have passed from the time the client receives the merchandise.
How do I need to package the product to return it?
The products should have all the original parts and have their original packaging intact. It should be accompanied by the original documentation. If it is not possible to return the product in its original packaging, a reduction in the amount returned for the product may be incurred.
What warranty does a product purchased have?
Rodavigo will manage and enforce the warranty rights in accordance with the conditions offered by the manufacturer, within the framework of the applicable laws.
