Oria: Specialists in pneumatic bellows

In this blog post, we would like to introduce Oria, a company specialized in the design and manufacture of pneumatic bellows for the industrial sector.Thanks to its experience, the company can adapt to each customer’s specific requirements and offer solutions in various materials, selected according to the intended application. Standard materials, designed for temperatures from -40 to +70 °C, stand out, along with other compounds such as chloroprene, which is resistant to seawater and offers medium resistance to acids and bases.

Pneumatic bellows

Made from high-quality materials, Oria bellows have a flexible, corrugated body composed of four vulcanized layers:

Inner rubber layer.
Two layers of polymer fabric.
Outer rubber layer.

Steel reinforcement rings are added at the ends to form corrugated bodies with one to three convolutions. Central steel rings are also incorporated between these.

Finally, the bellows are completed with metal closures at each end, allowing Oria to offer designs in detachable, crimped, or flanged versions.

Use of bellows cylinders as actuators

As actuators, Oria’s bellows cylinders are designed as alternatives to pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders.

With advantages such as lower acquisition and operating costs, and a longer service life, they are ideal for lifting strokes, pushing operations, and rotary movements.
